These females ain't loyal?

Image
It has come to my attention that I'm not very objective in  my writing, lets get one thing straight, I do not hate men. I'm going to be unbiased today. Ladies, if the blame game was an app it would have more downloads than candy crush. The world doesn't owe you anything. The idea that people have to love you just because Bambi's father loved him is imaginary. You can't compare your love life to other peoples as if your lives are the same. Your only job is to love yourself. Men get annoyed with the constant nagging, blaming them for every wrong Tom, Dick and Harry ever did to you. Just because your ex hurt you doesn't mean the next guy that comes your way will do the same thing. I mean guys go through heartbreaks too, the only difference is we're too damn dramatic about it as if the world should never do us wrong. Recently I heard that as girls we're too picky, we want superman but we're not willing to give Clark Kent the time of  day. Now there's...

Indecision Is a Decision

Dont let mixed signals confuse you. Indecision is a decision! Sometimes you want something so bad you're willing to overlook all the bad. There's a difference between what you want and what you deserve. I have a friend (of course it's always about a friend) anyway this friend of mine, she was madly in love with her "friend". It would've made a cute love story if they'd actually ended up dating. These days "talking" seems to be a form of dating, I feel sorry for our generation. So this friend of mine Ashley was talking to this guy for years. The whole time they were talking it was never a walk in the park and Ashley always made excuses for this guy being an ass. Every relationship she ever had she always compared the guys to Eric. In a way Eric did love her but he just never loved her enough. Ashley on the other hand might have loved him a little bit too much. They used to fight all the time, I can't even call it a roller coaster ride, thei...

My Zimbabwe

Image
I come from a country that used to be the breadbasket of Africa, a country that declared education to be a basic human right. Zimbabwe's education system was once the most developed in the entire continent. Fact: the quality of life of the majority  of Zimbabweans downright plummeted because of our beloved president, he used to be for the good of the people. Don't get me wrong, I may be young but I know a lot of people benefited at some point from some of his policies so I will not go on a man hating rant about him. I am just going to point out some major blind spots. Businesses  closed at a rate of knots the last couple  f years and as the infrastructure  continues to deteriorate, jobs, food and services are becoming hard to find. People lost their homes, their jobs and some kids don't even go to school anymore. I mean hey, I remember  when a hundred trillion dollars used to be a lot of money. We are not the Zimbabwe we used to be and it breaks my heart...
